Each and every one of our refurbished computers has been,  professionally tested and refurbished to the highest standards, by our team of fully qualified and experienced technicians.  Our computers are run through a rigorous refurbishment process to ensure our customers only receive the best  quality at competitively affordable prices.

All our items come with  6 months warranty as a minmum . Some items will come with longer manufacturer warranty and we will always state this  in the description. Our Standard warranty covers Hardware failures only and does not include faults that have already been mentioned.  Software issues such as virus attacks are not covered under the warranty. Devices sold as spares repair do not have warranty and are strictly NO RETURNS

Please note that payment is required within 24 hours of winning/buying an item.  We accept paypal payments only. Paypal is a safe and efficient way of making payments online using your debit or credit card.  For any other form of payments such as Cheque, Bank Transfer or Cash please contact us using the 'Ask A Question' link on ebay. Please note all items are sold under the VAT MArgin Scheme, hence no VAT can be reclaimed on them.

All Items are shipped within 24 Hrs of payment using UPS 48 hour Delivery. Please note that once dispatched, there is very little we can     do with regards to getting your item to you quicker. Tracking codes should be provided automatically to you by e-Bay.     We also provide a 24 hour express delivery via UPS 24 at a cost of £14.50p. Collections are also welcome, please contact us for more information.

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure item is returned  in the same condition and state it was received. A full refund (excluding postage fee) will be issued withing 48 hours of receiving the item.   Please note that Spares/Repairs item do not qualify for returns.

Local collection around the WN postcode area is possible and we offer free same day delivery  within a 5 mile radius.
